CJP founder takes up the fast within hours of Wangchuk's hospitalisation, vows the Parliament march will proceed

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) Chairman, Abhijeet Dipke announced an indefinite hunger strike on Saturday soon after Delhi Police sent Sonam Wangchuk to Safdarjung Hospital for immediate medical treatment on court's orders. The movement would take on a stronger tone and confirmed a planned march to Parliament on July 20 would take place as planned, Dipke declared.
By the time Wangchuk was removed from the protest area hours later, Dipke, sitting on the dais, addressed the rest of the protesters and announced that he was now leading the fast. He described the hospitalisation as a blow that would be absorbed by the movement, which would not kill it.

Addressing the supporters on Jantar Mantar, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke has asked everyone not to give in to the terrorists’ demands and it will grow bigger from now on.
The All India Students' Federation, Students' Federation of India and All India Students' Association, all of which are left leaning student bodies, participated in the demonstrations throughout the day.
Police was working to disperse the protesters while some protesters formed a human chain around other hunger strikers, including a research scholar from JNU. CJP had contended that it would hold the march of its "Chalo Sansad" movement on July 20 in the Parliament during the Monsoon Session.
